    Local Center Available to help the Growth and Development of People with Disabilities

    Logan, Utah— Local group is always looking for volunteers to help increase the support and education of people with disabilities in Cache Valley.

    The Cache Employment center has a goal to provide services for individuals with disabilities in order to maximize their vocational and independent living skills. This is done by many different class and work skills throughout the days and into the years to help increase overall quality of life and social interaction on a daily basis.

    Cache Employment has several contracts with large companies in Logan, Utah to assemble boxes and other tasks that can teach the students attending some of the most valuable work skills and daily life living skills.

    Volunteers can always be used to help with daily work around the center as well as one on one interaction with the students; those interactions go a long ways in improving the lives of the students. Volunteers are always needed on a consistent basis, “It seems to be hard to leave once you have started the volunteer program because you really build some great relationships with the students and staff”, says the CETC.

    Please come down any time to 275 West 400 South, Logan, Utah for any donation of time or resources that you can share.

    Cache Employment and Training Center are willing to provide services in Box Elder and Cache Counties; at the Center, in the community, or in the home. Our services include day training, supported employment, seniors program, family support, respite, supported living, vocational evaluations, and volunteer programs. We are also licensed by the Utah Department of Human services, a qualified provider through the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation and a contracted service provider for the Division of Services for People with Disabilities.
